Designed and installed SCADA control system retrofit at the forebay of the Packwood irrigation canal. System required automating two new gates to control forebay level, fish-flow bypass and canal flow control, installing a radio-linked Base Station, and HMI software with Internet interface, auto reporting flow data to State agencies, and remote monitoring. Completed July 2009
