Designed and installed telephone-based SCADA control system retrofit at two diversion locations, Yakima River and Wilson Creek, that combine at the forebay to Bull Canal. System controls forebay level and canal flow at both stations. Installed Base Station and HMI software with Internet interface, auto reporting flow data to State agencies, and remote monitoring. Completed July 2009.
