Designed and installed radio-based SCADA control system for 14 mile canal that maintains fish bypass at creek diversion, canal flow, canal level for freeboard control, and eliminates spill at three gates along the canal. Five gates automated, two retrofits, three new with two being Split-Gates to control canal level and provide canal dump for maintenance and emergency situations. Installed new Base Station and HMI software with Internet interface, auto reporting to State agencies, and remote monitoring. Completed September 2009.
